* Electric is included in daily and weekly rates only. All other rates are ‘plus’ rates @ .19 per KWH.

NOTE: Sites with concrete pads are available only for 4 or more months rentals. ALL term packages MUST be paid for in full at time of arrival. RESERVATIONS on all packages require a deposit of $200 which applies to the last months rent..balance is due before or upon arrival. REFUND POLICY applies to all packages. REFUNDS made only for serious illness in immediate parties having made initial reservation(s). MWR must receive a Cancellation Notice in writing describing reason. NO REFUNDS after arrival for any reason. Additional days will be charged regular rates as listed above.

STORAGE: Available on LOTS for 5-6 months. NO STORAGE without a reservation.
